You can also test the G930 in the Windows Control Panel. Click "Experience Surround Sound" on the LGS interface (Refer to this link). Launch the Logitech Gaming Software and test the surround sound to make sure it's working properly. The Dolby switch on the G930 should be pushed down. Make sure you have the surround sound enabled. Make sure you have an updated version of the Logitech Gaming Software. If you already tried any of what I posted, just ignore them.
